芒果-1/3个
牛油果-1/3个
黄瓜-半根
所有东西切丁➕柚子酱油,然后装盒。我用了一块200g三文鱼整个芒果和牛油果。拌匀之后存冰箱两天内吃完。
Dinner
娃娃菜➕肉沫➕蚝油蒸熟
一碗糙米饭,一份三文鱼色拉
